Of course, if the bed and breakfast is as imminent as the distillery, you can leave a note about it for your great grandchildren.

That depends on the weather. Today it would have been an unpleasant walk.

I find that after a few drinks, many more walks are made pleasant.

It's actually a night at a random hotel in the area followed by a trip through the buffet line at the Stephen Foster. After you check out you aren't allowed to tell anyone where you spent the night due to contractual obligations.

Application No. 2352 – Even G. Kulsveen (Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, LTD) has filed an application to rezone 0.10 acre at 1869 Loretto Road (KY 49) from I-2 (Heavy Industrial District) to A-1 (Agriculture District).

What could you possibly plant in .10 of an acre that would be worth your time? My first thought was "hops" but that can't be it.

Actually, we are playing nice.

The .1 acre is all the corn they need for their distillng operation.

I dunno man. As an ex farmer I'm pretty sure your math is off on that one.

16 - 18 bushel really is not all that much.

But I guess you have to have a still running first so in that case 16 bushel would be plenty!

The .10 of an acre is probably the footing of the building they are planning to use as a B&B. Nelson County Zoning Ordinances consider B&B's a "Conditional Use" for A-1 zoned property.

Ahh thanks that clears that up.

In this case I suppose they can fall back the Ag justification for a B&B since we all know "Soylent green is people".
