mosugoji64 Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 I was playing around with vatting unaged corn whiskey with some bourbons that lacked a definite corn flavor this evening. The results were interesting, but unspectacular. The experiment got me wondering; however, if anyone has played with vatting corn/rye whiskey (I'm thinking a strong rye, like the 95% LDI mashbill) to see if they could come up with a tasty ratio? I thought I better stop as I liked the bottles by itself too much to fool around.
