dhedrick
I'm hoping that you guys can help me - I already did a search but wasn't very successful...I live in southeastern Wisconsin and am looking for somewhere (or multiple places) that have good selections of quality bourbon. I typically go to Woodmans, and they have a decent selection of the basics, but never seem to have anything truly unique and their staff generally can't offer me any assistance.I've been drinking bourbon for a few years, but still really consider myself a noob, as I drink the same few all the time (usually Makers Mark & Woodford Reserve)Thanks for your help! unclebunk
Ray's Liquors in Wauwatosa (just outside Milwaukee) has a great selection, possibly the best in the metro area.

Whenever I'm near the Algonquin IL. store I'm sure to grab me a $17 OWA with 5% less tax than I'm used to paying.Stick around here long enough and you'll be offering the assistance I guarantee. Moretorque05
I have been hunting for the best spots in the SE WI area lately. I am in Waukesha.Discount Liquor is an easy win. Great selection and some great pricing. They have a store on 50th and Oklahoma and one in downtown Waukesha. I picked up a bottle of Colonel E.H. Taylor from the one in Waukesha yesterday!!Rays on 90th and North in Tosa is my 2nd favorite. Very clean, well laid out selection. I picked up a bottle of Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project (barrel #4!!) from there on Monday!!Ottos is my 3rd choice. They have stores all around the area. the elm grove store has 2010 BTAC Eagle Rare 17 in stock.I've been to 8 different stores this week alone lol. I am in pursuit of the perfect liquor store haha. I won't be back to Woodmans. Same price and in some cases higher than discount, but less than half the selection.Hope this helps!

White Dog
All I'll say is the further south you go, so goes the price.
