Alberta Premium 30

Has anyone here tried this one? I bought this one a couple months ago. Made of 100% rye grain and aged 30 years. Not spicey like a rye, mellow, has depth and character...great interesting finish.

Finished one bottle and got another banked. I liked it quite well but I found the finish sort of dank and funky, maybe over-aged. But it certainly is rich, with depth and character as you said. I compared it head-to-head with a 25 year old from the same distillery, and the 30 had a spicier nose and richer flavour.

I was going to get a bottle of this on a trip to Windsor, Ontario but it was sold out by the time I was able to get there!
