I've watched many of ther reviews. She seems to be more of a scotch person though, seeing as how she considers 80 proof to be a baseline and she called JD a sour mash whiskey. As we all know the use of back-set in the fermentation process is not unique to JD.

Her review of GTS was very entertaining.
