Buffalo Trace Bottling Line Codes

I've been examining bottle codes for VW and BTAC bourbons for a while now and I've recently seen discussion on the topic from SKU and others. The key information seems to be the day and year in the middle of the code. However I have become ever more curious about the letter code for the bottling lie. I've seen J and K the most. I also believe I've seen L and N too.

Can anyone provide some insight to how many bottling lines are at Buffalo Trace, their associated code and where they are located on property?

Buffalo trace has two bottling lines the main bottling line and the special bottling line. The Special bottling line is where they bottle single barrel bourbons and BTAC and Van Winkle.

BT also has a bottling line for the BT brand.

When we took the BT tour, there were dozens of cases of Pappy piled up at the end of the bottling line ready to go out the door--to Japan! No wonder it is so hard to find any in the US of A. :smiley_acbt:
