Shipping Bourbon to Pennsylvania

I was given two conflicting pieces of information on shipping bourbon to PA. One says that it is a felony to ship to PA, and the other said that as of late 2011 the PLCB loosened regulations and began allowing shipments to customers homes.

Can anyone elaborate on this issue?

If it is now a misdemeanor (for a non licensed person) to send to PA, I'm not worried about it. But if its still a felony...

Just have family in another state order it and bring it to you as a gift. Either that or go to another state and buy it yourself. :-P
