Just got a bottle of Wathen's at Binny's in Chicago. No listing as to barrel age. Tried it. OK but lacking in body. Looks like they make it in the Medley Distillery in Owensboro. Last time I was past Medley, it looked pretty vacant.

Here's a thread that was just started back in December in the Premium Bourbons/Specialty Bottlings section with more information for you. It is no longer made at the Medley distillery. I think you'd get some opposing views, including from me, that it lacks body but the team slogan here is your mileage may vary  .

No whiskey has been made at Medley since 1992 and Binny's doesn't have any stock that old. It's virtually impossible that it was made in Owensboro. Undoubtedly one of the still-in-business, usual suspects.
