25% Bourbon

I think it's just MGP not being familiar with bourbon. By 25% bourbon, they mean a bourbon mashbill that is 75% corn (i.e. 25% other grains).

Yep.

I seem to remember LDI used that type of abbreviation for their products on their website a couple of years ago. In a quick search, I don't find their site up anymore.

It's 99% corn, 1% barley :-)

Yes, I think that's right (technically, 98.75% corn, 1.25% barley). LDI used to have all of its mashbills on the website but it looks like MGP has taken that page down.

Biopolymers sound like something you could market to alcohilics to repair the liver. Kind of like stp oil treatment for you car. I will take a pint.
