I have created an account on PinMaps for us all to use. Simply input your city or address to create a point. This will be a fun tool to see how we're spread across the world.

There are 3 maps built into our account. One is for SB.com members, the other two are for recommended liquor stores and bars/restaurants in your vicinity.

Since the main forum is viewable to anyone on the internet, I have posted the user and pass in the Off Topic forum here. (Apologize for the cross posting but wanted to maximize the exposure this thread gets while restricting access to members only)

Hopefully this really puts SB.com on the map!

Disclaimer: Please be smart. Don't post anything about yourself that you wouldn't want to end up public on the internet. Do not post information about other individuals if you do not have their permission to do so. You are free to edit any of your own points but do not alter others.

If you like making new whiskey drinkin' friends I encourage you all to participate  I imagine this could become a networking tool for us

One other note, make sure you select the Straightbourbon.com Members map before you input yourself :) I noticed a couple of you listed yourself under the other two maps

I clicked on the link and it went to a "sign-in" page. Do I have to create some sort of account?

See the link on the OP. It directs you to a private subforum that has the login information.

SB.com has over 7k registered members. Of that I guess about 1000 are periodically active. Yet we only have about 30 pins... C'mon guys
