Curious if anybody has been able to procure much of either for a taste. I have managed to get a Parker's and a WLW so far. The Parkers is quite wonderful, the WLW I have not yet had the chance to try. Anybody formed any opinions yet?

I also have procured each of those bottles. The PHC is fine indeed. I have only had my first pour of WLW and it was nice. I think my opinion will be better formed after I've finished a few more drams of each. How are you enjoying them?

I got two bottles of each. Haven't tried the WLW yet because I'm traveling.

However, I've had two glasses of the 6th Ed last night out of a red wine glass at a small gathering of people and even though it wasn't the ideal context for tasting, the stuff was very good. It has a very interesting finish. Seems to me, the finish is the trademark of Parker and where I tend to either agree or disagree with the selections. Obviously, I'm not far enough into the bottle yet to qualify judgement but I think it is definitely worth buying one or two.

Btw, everyone at this gathering, 5 altogether, wanted to have a taste of the PHC and I passed around my glass. All of them got really red and seemed to have drank fire. I think this is a perfect bourbon to give to non-enthusiasts. I'm sure they will not be rushing out to buy any premium bourbons anytime soon.

Fortunate enough to have snagged WLW, GTS and THH alongside PHC 2012 releases. I've only opened the PHC and WLW.

Will start by explaining i'm in no way qualified to give tasting notes; that being said PHC has an incredible cherry flavour depending on how much you water down. Deep rich taste. Very glad i grabbed a bottle for the bunker for when this one is gone (sipping very slowly in order to prolong!). WLW, just knocked my socks off. With right amount of air and a few ice cubes extremely smooth for something that high proof.

Thankful i live in KY where i was able to find both. Intend to nurse both so they last to next years release...though expect come winter i'll give in and drink at a faster rate.

I also detected that cherry... it seemed like a marischino to me. Good stuff, and it would be interesting to see if the other dumps are similar as they are released.
