Bowman Brothers Bourbon

I saw this the other day on the bottom shelf, 1L 3yr 80 proof, approx $9.95. I haven't really been able to find out much about it, can somebody shed some light??

The only Bowman Brothers I'm familiar with (small batch) runs about $30/750ml and is 90 proof.

It could be "Bowman's" which comes in liter bottles and is 80 proof -

Yes I believe it is Bowmans's not Bowman Brothers (which is really good stuff). Its pretty crappy stuff if thats what you're talking about

I wonder if Bowmans is the same as VA Gentleman, made a BT and redistilled in Virginia? I enjoy regular VA Gentleman, when I can find it. And if you can find the original mashed and distilled in VA, you are in for a real treat.

Awesome, thanks guys. I am a fan of the Bowman Brothers small batch and came across this one the other day. For $9.95 I though about picking it up, and still may, but will hold off for now...
