Pappy Van Winkle 15-Year - Hand Selected By Cask

A couple years ago I picked up a couple of bottles of Pappy Van Winkle 15-year from the Cask Store in San Francisco. These bottles feature a supplemental sticker that states Hand Selected By Cask Barrel #34. I was verbally informed that the juice was 19-years old but bottled under the 15-year label. I'm curious if anyone else here got hold of some of these bottles or can shed any additional light on them beyond what I've already learned.

Was this bottle the squat Old Rip Van Winkle 15 or the current Pappy 15?
