Just to comment that we had an outstanding tour of Buffalo Trace a few days ago. If you go there ask for Freddie and tell him I bragged about him! Since the BT folks know us a bit (many of us were there last Sept.) they gave us really nice treatment.

We saw them dumping bourbon and he invited us to put our hands under and get a taste. Mmm...mmm.

This time I really focused on the fine taste of Eagle Rare single barrel. That caused me to buy a bottle. I'm a big fan of the BT bourbons with Weller 12 as my regular pour right now but ER SB is a real treat at $26.

Buffalo Trace is a fine place to tour. We'll keep going back.

Eagle Rare 10yo Single Barrel is definately a great bourbon. Along with my recent Sam's order for 'some' Hirsch 16, they mentioned that ERSB 10yo is on sale for 21.99 right now. So if anyone else is ordering from Sams and you wanted to try this bourbon, toss in a bottle, at that price it is a great bourbon. I remember when I first saw this bourbon about 2 years ago in Deleware, it was only $16.99. They had 2 bottles and I bought both. I go in that store every time I am on my way down to VA, but alas they never got it in again...
