In celebration of Repeal Day, I am fixing myself a Scofflaw, cuz what's better than scoffing at such a stupid law as Prohibition?

2oz Baby Saz

1oz Dry Vermouth

3/4oz Lemon juice

.5oz Grenadine

orange bitters

Shake

Orange peel.

It was actually yesterday, December 5. That's the day, in 1933, that Pennsylvania and Utah ratified the 21st Amendment, which gave it enough states to become law.
