T Comp
Wild Turkey Rare Breed. $32.99 well spent.Have a couple in the bunker but saw some today at $29.99...and started thinking about how that's almost two for the price of one of the new RR barrel strength. I may be back tomorrow.
SFS
JPS 18yr batch #8 x2. I've had a couple of the higher batch number, looking forward to seeing if there is any difference with a earlier.
SFS
They also had some 2008 OFBB. What do you think of that year? Edited March 11, 2013 by SFS
smknjoe
I went back, bought it, and posted on your thread. It was okay, but not worth $49 + tax. $30-$35 would be better

mosugoji64
Kahn's OWA barrel #18. #9 and #44 were good so looking forward to trying this one. They're finally putting the warehouse and rick info on the labels, so that's a step in the right direction. Kahn's has made some good picks, but they've been less than forthcoming about the stories behind their barrels.

justataste
Went to three different stores and found some 1792 at the third. Bought that and a little sampler of Bookers. Should be a nice evening. ;-)
Old Dusty
Decent hunt on a side of town I'm not normally in. Picked up 2 Weller 12's for what might be loosely described as my bunker plus my first OGD 114. Heard it was terrible. The 12's are little scarce around here and by the way they are terrible too. Prices if you want to compare to your locale were W12-$24.99 and OGD-$22.99.

tanstaafl2
Saw Jacob's Ghost in town for the first time (although it could have been here awhile) and finally broke down and bought a bottle to compare to the JD unaged rye.
bourbonandbacon
had been trying to slow my purchasing recently, so mostly been doing some stalking online. this, however is not without consequences. i was scoping a FRsmbLE10 for several weeks, but it literally got snatched up the day i went to purchase it. as a result of this tragedy, i got nervous about losing out on any more of my prey, so i took the plunge and got a John J. Bowman TPS SB #45. i justified it given that there were very few left, and that this might be one of the only whiskies that Truman Cox had a hand in selecting that i am able to taste
