Richnimrod
I'm pretty new to SB.com and am wondering how one finds out about Bourbon 'tasting' events in my area. I've seen several listed in Georgia (Mac McGee's), and I believe I missed one here in Southeast MI while awaiting approval to join SB.com. How/where might these kinds of things show up on this site? Any education/assistance will be greatly appreciated.
GaryT
Or . . . you could move to a state with more tasting opportunities, and out from under the oppression of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (sorry - I know that was decidedly unhelpful, but just couldn't resist! If anyone can be of actual help contrary to my sick sense of humor, this is the place to inquire for sure!)

Josh
Yup! Watch that space. We usually have at least one Michigan Bourbon Hounds get together in the summertime. Hell, if the weather is nice, maybe I'll even host one this year.
Richnimrod
Thanx Guys! Now, all I have to do is figure out what/where is; "The Bourbon Social Forum"... I imagine I'll get to it eventually. Again... THANX!,
awachatz
I had another opportunity to organize another gathering for a store tasting, but it was related to Angel's Envy so I passed.Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk
