FYI: I stopped by the Peach Street Distillery in Palisade, CO last week. Tasted their bourbon that they claim is 100% their juice but didn't buy any. OK for a 2 year old bourbon but at $65/bottle seemed a little high.

I've had it and that was my impression too. Tasted like it had a lot of potential, though.
