What bourbon and/or rye do you always have on hand?

I'm surprised and kinda fascinated to see not a single responder thus far has MM always on hand. I don't either!

I've got to break this into two answers:

1. Daily Pours: any of WT101, OG114, W12, BT or ER10

2. Occasional Pours: any of WLW, THH, GTS, VW10, 12, 15, or 20

Sometimes you just gotta have a taste of the good stuff!

I keep it fresh with a constant rotation of bottles. This could be because I don't bunker.

No bunkering for me, but I neaely always have a Ritt BiB, OGD 114, and a EC12 (and currently the BP variety) on hand to cover my sweet, strong, and woody rye flavors appropriately.

For me I almost always have an open bottle of Rittenhouse, OGD BIB, Weller 12, and something by Four Roses.

FR1BLE or store-selected 1B

FR Mariage '09 or FRSmBLE (also alternating, while supplies last)

RHF Julio's store selection (sadly, on my last bottle)

I stashed away a few bottles that I picked up in Montreal last year and have been sipping them very slowly, waiting for the LCBO to reduce the price. The SAQ price was still stupid, but not the blatant robbery we've got here.
