I gather it is something made up by a website called PartyExcuses.com

Exactly who is behind that website seems to be something of a mystery. A PR firm perhaps.

Although it is not as though most of us really need another reason to celebrate bourbon...

I'm inadvertently a great son...mailed my dad his bourbon sampler package and it arrived there today.

On Bourbon appreciation day the day before father's day. Man. My mom's gonna be pissed.

I think that is more the "flagpole" than the flag...
