BMH, almost thru the bottle. Still amazed how much the profile changes over a matter of a few weeks of air.

Nice! I think I'll go finish my 99 so I can get started on some of that. Have you opened the 99 yet? Judging by color alone I have a feeling the 99 might be a little milder than the 91.

The 99 won't get opened for a while, I have 30+ open bottles so I need to empty a few first...

The viscosity of the 91 is amazing, after I take a sip out of the Glencairn I just watch it slowly slide down the side of the glass. Amazing pour!!

Well, you won't be disappointed with the 99 then. It's quite viscous as well.

The idea of trying one mini quickly went out the door quickly.. After all you have to compare all the turkeys, right?

Enjoying my first ever pour of WT Rye 101. Very very good. Luckily there's a ton of it out there... :(

Getting dangerously close to the end of a Four Roses SmB LE 12.

I am, too. I started off with EWSB vintage 2003, neat, which continues to impress me every time I pour some... I think I'll need to pick up a few more bottles. After a rinse to the glass, a small taste of the 4RSmBLE2012, this bottle has maybe two more tiny pours in it, and I'm not planning to open any of my remaining bottles for a while. Finally, I'm wrapping up the night with a decent pour of OGD BiB with a cube.

A perfect night out here on the screen porch!

Wild Turkey is definitely best paired with more Wild Turkey. So, was there a winner...or a loser?

In order of deliciousness

Wt8

'91 rare breed

'96 old no8

'94 old no 8

Bottom 2 will probably trade places with air as the '96 has been open for at least 6 months and has lost all the alcohol on entry where the '94 is freshly opened and had quite a bit of upfront alcohol

Hate that for ya yeti. Seriously good stuff. It's way to good to drink. Gotta bathe in it :yum:

How is the Old Tub?

Dry would be the perfect desription.

I never have bourbon and coke but the taste was screaming it.

Go Gators! Welcome to the site. Glad to see another Floridian (and gator) join the ranks. You should swing by the "New to..." section and post an intro.

I plan on it. Looking forward to the football season more that you know. I have season tickets so I will be up in Gainesville doing some tailgating soon!

Had a healthy pour of Pappy 15 when I got home from work today. Yeah, it was one of "those" days at work. :banghead:

I had some Old Grand Dad, just to reward myself.

Saving my OGD for a special occasion. Trying to work through a bottle of Old Charter 10 year. Want to clean out the bunker a little so I can add more of the "real" Basil Hayden.

Big Red Private Selection FR OBSK. Too good. May have to have just a 1/2 pour more.
