I've been passing the last couple of evenings with the revelation that is the SB Blend.

'Tis dang good, huh? The equivalent of a $20 bottle of bourbon that tastes well beyond its price point.

Last night, had a first pour from a Fred Noe barrel select of KC 120. Like any other KC, this is not going for subtle, and packed some punch. Need to give it some more pours and air-time to see if I would drop the over $40 on another bottle of it.

Sippin' on a newly purchase bottle of the soon-to-be-old-style-label Henry McKenna BIB. It is a nice whiskey, but I sit here wondering if the green velvet salesman and the copper wire salesman know that they have lost the business..."But Max, you can't cancel now! I just brought in a 40,000 lb container of green velvet from China!!!!! Where else am I going to move 20 tons of green velvet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Willett Family Estate 4 Year Rye and a Nub Cameroon. Starting young tonight but gonna work into the more "experienced" pours later. Life is good. Hope my fellow SB'ers are enjoying their pours this evening. :drink:

Moving on to WFE 6 Year Bourbon. Finishing the Nub after walking the dog. Cheers.

Started with BMH, followed by AE, and finished off with good old Blanton's. All small pours of course.

Just got home from having a flight of different scotches and a glass of Pyrat cask 1623 rum, now I'm enjoying a small pour of Four Roses Single Barrel as a night cap.

Party Source OESQ FRSB, very tasty stuff. Thinking I need to try more of their offerings, maybe get all 10?

Best regards. Tony

Started off with some W12 and then I finished of a bottle of 2012 OFBB. I'm thinking that is just a good start for the evening. It's been a rough week.

Two pours of 4R SB LE 2012 (and the bottle bites the dust). It was good, but I can't say that it was everything that I hoped it would be.
