Starting off the weekend with some Stagg Sr.

I just poured the first drink off a fresh bottle of ETL (God rest his soul) and am sipping it, with ice, on the veranda! A most enjoyable pour going quite nicely with a good smoke!

After trying the Stagg Jr, I'm not sure whether I like it or not. I'll probably try pouring some into another bottle, taking it down to 100 proof, letting it sit for a day or two, and seeing if I can get close to replicating a slightly younger ER101.
