Total Wine not shipping spirits

Visited their site to peruse their spirits but couldn't get past the 'restricted states' message. I noticed the statement that only Wine and Gifts were being shipped at this time... weird. I called customer service to see what was up, and the guy said that due to 'logistical issues' with UPS, they are not shipping spirits at this time. Said it could be a matter of a couple days, a couple weeks, or a couple months before they get it straightened out.

Weird? Or something that happens from time to time? Money related, I'm sure.

Bummer. Sounds like you need to make a road trip. You may as well stop by Hi Time in Costa Mesa while your up there.

Hi Time ships, but no Mellow Corn :(

I order from Hi Time quite a bit, actually. $10 flat rate and their prices even on every day stuff are low enough to the point that grabbing 2-3 bottles there can be cheaper than BevMo locally.
