Trip to Chicago and Wisconsin

I'm flying in to Chicago the first of August to make a drive across Wisconsin (La Crosse) to visit my sister. Taking my time to do lots of whiskey shopping. I plan to hit Binny's in downtown (after I land) what are the other must visit stores in Chicago, or any city/town in Wisconsin? Appreciate any pointers you can provide.
