bontrager
Has anyone tried this? Not much on the internet about this wheated bourbon from Ohio.
tanstaafl2
Some prior discussion here. I have never tried it.
MyOldKyDram
Very simple but not all that bad. I'd suggest grabbing almost anything else at half the price tough.
squire
Saying it's not half bad isn't the same as saying it is half good. Edited July 14, 2013 by squire
Restaurant man
So it's a wheat whiskey? Not a bourbon?
squire
It's a whatsit . . .
clingman71
Oyo has a wheat whiskey, young but tasty if you disregard the price, and a bourbon. I don't know if the bourbon is wheat/rye, sourced, etc. They both run in the $40-50 range for a 750. Quite pricey for a bottle of young, unknown whiskey. Josh
Isn't a mix of Wheat Whiskey and Bourbon a blend, not a "wheated bourbon"?
squire
I would say so, yes.
Trey Manthey
I tried their red winter wheat whiskey yesterday morning. Lovely nose, but a bit too brash for easy sipping.
