bontrager
Shame that the Montgomery County stores don't carry this. Been wanting to try it for quite a while. Anyone know any Maryland stores (close to MoCo) with Larceny on the shelf?

Anyone know any Maryland stores (close to MoCo) with Larceny on the shelf?I know this won't help cure the itch to find Larceny, but if you can get Old Fitz BiB.... it's ridiculously similar. Water it down a bit to 92 proof, and I bet it's 99% the same.
dmarkle
MoCo is famously late to the party when it comes to new releases, but when they do get 'em the prices are definitely great. You'll have to do the reverse of what so many Virginians do and cross the river the other way . It's still reasonably priced here in my beloved Commonwealth. PaulO
I contacted HH through the Larceny website. I was told that Larceny is available in these states: CA, CO, GA, IL, KY, MA, MO, NC, NY, SC, TX, and VA.

I thought that by now they would have expanded, but maybe they're still trying to figure out how to position it. It's too bad, since MoCo has the best prices in the country on HH products! mbroo5880i
I wonder how they determined which states to offer it in. I would think that HH products would be more popular in Indiana if they were more readily available. Not everyone here drinks flavored vodka. I would think distribution in any noncontrol state adjacent to KY would be a no brainer.

I like Larceny, but the OF has quickly become a house favorite. Less astringent and a much more viscous mouth feel. I live in MoCo, and got my one bottle of Larceny on a business trip at the South Loop Binny's in Chi-town last October.

Funny you say that... whenever I've tried to reduce proof of my bourbons, it always tastes more astringent and less viscous. So by your description, it would be pretty accurate.
