Yea, yelp doesn't usually publish negative reviews (or they take them down I should say.) I wrote a review about an awful restaurant experience once and the same thing happened to me, I couldn't find my review. I contacted yelp and they freely admitted they don't allow negative reviews. Not sure what the point of it all is then...

No point to it at all as best I can tell!

Yelp solicits businesses to advertise. If you advertise, your rating is instantly bumped and you appear higher on the list. I would imagine that means deep sixing negative reviews.

Smoky Beast blog just put up an absolutely scathing review of the Whisky Attic. A must read from a whiskey enthusiast prior to making any decision on investing your time and money. I've never been there, thought it looked really cool, but I'll think twice now.

Its like everything else in Vegas. You are going to pay twice or three times what you pay in the "real" world. I've stopped going there period, just a dumb tourist trap.
