brettckeen
The first craft Bourbon to taste like Bourbon. I thought it was blended with LDI or something, I couldn't believe how much it tasted right for being craft. Any thoughts?
squire
Yeah, I think I'd rather have four bottles of Barton which is a Bourbon than one bottle of something that tastes sorta like a Bourbon.
Kalessin
As far as I know, Berkshire Mountain Distilleries distills and ages their own bourbon (they also make vodka, gin and rum), and are not blending it with anyone else's product.I've been buying their Greylock Gin for a while, it makes very good martinis, and have tasted a number of their more-exotic Ethereal Gin releases, which are quite good.I'd love to see if longer aging could make Berkshire Bourbon worth the asking price...
