Thank you for the candid response Wes. As you know, the Henderson name (and proven track record in the industry) has always been held in high regard here. I think that is what was most troubling, as it was certainly a deviation from what we had seen and heard in the past.

I certainly hold no one to a perfect standard (and pray that no one expects that of me), but cheers to you for being responsive and accountable to your customers!

I really liked the bottle of Angel's Envy that I bought a few months back. Obviously, since it is gone. Anyway, I am noticing more store select bottles in Indy. Based solely on Mr. Henderson's cordial response, I plan to purchase another my next trip out. I respect when someone heads toward the "mess" (in this case, criticism) because that is the only way to clear up misconceptions.

I hope this is on topic, definitely related to the Cask Strength release but does anyone know if there will be an event on the east coast? I went to the website on the invitation included with the bottle but was surprised to see none of the private events around the NYC area.
