Isn’t it nice when you find a bourbon you like is a reasonable price. I just went to:

http://www.superwinewarehouse.com/ and purchased WL Weller Old Weller Antique Original 107. The list price is $22. I purchased three and he charged me $20.

While do spend more, I can’t afford to have Angel Envy or Blanton’s as a regular pour.

If that was $20 total, for all 3 bottles, that's the deal of the year. Congrats!

Nope, $20 each. Which still think is a really good price.

I'm having a pour of OWA right now. $20 a bottle, I salute you sir. Have you tried Old Forrester Signature? It's another decent pour, not impossible to find, or too expensive.

Great thing about Bourbon is we don't have to pay more than $20 for some really good stuff.

Wholeheartly agree. I can and do spend more on some visits but I am perfectly content to walk out with a $20 bottle I know I am going to enjoy.

The one thng I have settled on during the past year is that I only visit two stores on a bi-weekly basis.. There are some larger stores in the choochoo town up the road but I'm content to support my local small retailers and they have been good to me as well.

Definitely still a great price. I've never seen it for less.

One thing I wanted to do with this thread is for us to share great pours under $30 and where to get them. I have always had a great experience with superwinewarehouse. Great prices and service.

If you have a great pour and vendor, share it here. At $20 will make a great gift for some of my friends who can't seem to find it.

Not to be a Debbie Downer but I kind of doubt people will want to share the places where they get the best prices on everyday pours (especially on a public section of the forum). Happy to share with individuals via pm if there are any locals looking for something I in particular.

I'm missing something. If the place is a website, like superwinewarehouse, what is the worry to me you guys buy a bottle of Old Weller, Blanton's or Angel's Envy at a great price. It is not like I found a local store with 3 bottles of Pappy. Great sites with knowledgeable owners are tought to find. Maybe someone is using a site they don't like or using it to get bourbon they can't find in their local shops. I was hoping we get a few good sites posted. If we use them, better for us, better for them.

For example, The Old Weller is not found local, and after the Old Rip Van Winkle 107 vs Old Weller post, maybe someone wanted to try a bottle and could not find it. That's all.

So if someone has a site, great service and prices and you don't mind sharing, it would be great for them and us.

I admire the generous thought behind the idea yet I couldn't participate because the few spots I could name also occasionally have the rare stuff and I ain't giving the flippers a road map.

The problem is with the people who lurk on here without contributing who use the info to buy out the deals.

I don't think I can get any liquor shipped to me by legit businesses, so I don't even worry about it anymore. I shop mostly locally. If I'm traveling, I always see what I can find. Even the places that stock the normal BT brands go through considerable spans of time without any Weller OWA, W12, ETL, etc. on the shelves.
