Holiday Gift Packs

What's out there this year in the way of gift packs? I've seen an Ardbeg 10 gift pack with a glass, but haven't seen any bourbon gift packs yet.

ive seen 4R, WT, and JB packs. thats about it

What I have seen:

Four Roses Small Batch Gift Pack with a shaker.

Wild Turkey 101 Gift Pack with two glasses.

Wild Turkey Gift Pack with a hat.

Jim Beam Red Stag Black Cherry with 3 50ml Stag samples.

Jim Beam White Label with 3 50ml JB samples: Jim Beam Black, Jacob's Ghost and Devils cut.

Knob Creek SmB Gift Pack with minature metal pucks.

JD, Gentleman Jack or JD1B with 2 glasses

JD1B and Woodford Reserve with bottle stoppers. :confused:

Maker's with the Recipe book and glasses.

That's all I got.

My favorite so far was from the dark side. Kilchoman Machir Bay plus 2 very nice looking glencairns with the etched Kilchoman logo for $45.

Just too good to pass up.

Slim pickings this year. Not as many with glasses as last year.

Other brands with glasses but not bourbon.

JD, crown royal, baileys, Carolans Irish cream, di amore amaretto, el jimador.

I guess when bourbon is this hot, they don't need glasses to help it sell.

The biggest disappointment is makers mark. I have a client that wanted 10 cases of the makers gift sets but canceled when told the gift was an ornament.

Very cool....I already have the whisky. I would buy it for the Glencairn's themselves.

It is a pretty nice set. Can't really tell on closer inspection if the logo is painted or etched but they are real Glencairns. And although it is still young whiskey it is quite nice.

I may keep the glasses and give the bottles as gifts!
