jwacky
What warehouse and barrel number? I recently got a DN 37-1P and I'm tearing through it in record time [for a bourbon, not a PS FRSB.]DN 37-2R is the one I've got open now and it's ridiculously good. Alphanumeric
Darn. I wanted to go back and try out another recipe while they're on sale. But both you and my local store manager (who was part of the barrel selection team) are championing the OBSK, and it's clearly delicious. If only I could adopt all these puppies.I'd also agree that this is a contender. $50 for this or $90 for the 125th, and I'm not sure the 125th would win. I'll need an SBS to find out. White Dog
Personally, I would say Larue 2013, but no one cares, nor should they. More importantly, Josh's avatar is no longer staring at my man boobs.
WhiskyRI
Hands down for me was a private barrel of WFE 12 Year for Yankee spirits. Simply stunning. Might be the best bourbon I've tasted, at least when it comes to recent releases. Wish I could have afforded to buy more before it sold out. Josh
Josh I have seen it at several locations around town. Pm me if you are looking for a bottle and I can probably point you in the right direction.Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using TapatalkThanks! Maybe I haven't been looking hard enough. Personally, I would say Larue 2013, but no one cares, nor should they. More importantly, Josh's avatar is no longer staring at my man boobs.I picked my new avatar with you in mind WD! MyOldKyDram
Tempted to go w ECBP simply for the value there, but in the end the 4R 125th would take it for me.
Dolph Lundgren
My first pick is, get ready for it...ORVW 10/107...Gasp!!! This year's Stagg comes in a close second followed by ECBP (first dump).

thiemb
1. FR125th2. ECBP batch 13. FR LE SB '13GTS and ER17 would probably be 4 and 5 on my list.
bingstein
George T. Stagg and 2013 FRLESmB are probably tied for me. The Stagg has been open now for about a month and a half and the lower proof does wonders, IMO.
P&MLiquorsEric
And to think I was chastised by a few members for suggesting OFbday13 was a candidate when it was first released. I don't think it's the winner but it would be invited to Ny if this was the Heisman trophy. I don't think you can get a better nose on a bourbon. The mouthfeel is good with a short finish. But ohh that nose.

P&MLiquorsEric
Wow that is an interesting way to describe it. Puke finish describes many of my younger drinking days. I would suggest revisiting if you have a chance.
