No there is not. The thought has been brought up, but there are currently no immediate plans for making a trading forum. Not to say it cannot happen, but not just right now. Time has recently been spent on other forum/software upgrades. What people have done in the past, and you could do here, is make a post here with the bottles you have and what you are looking for. Then people can do their business with each other personally.

Like Mark (Paradox) said, the best way to go about it right now is to post what you are looking for publicly, and then if someone can help, the will continue the transaction one on one.

This is subject to change though, as many options have been discussed. I think the legality of it all (with the myriad shipping laws for example) is still in question.
