I was following a link and wound up on Driscoll's blog where he commented there were 800 Bourbon labels out there using whisky sourced from LDI/MGP. Now, David has been known to stretch things a bit to make a point and I believe that's what he was doing but it got me to thinking.

How many brands are there out there we can clearly trace to LDI/MGP?

I suppose there are more than a few that never see a store shelf in the U.S.

I am pretty sure Belle Meade is MGPI, or so one of the brothers told me. A blend of 2 different ages I believe.

Thanks for the list sku. Had to figure it would be a large number, since that is what MPG does, sell bulk whiskey.
