You're welcome Richnimrod. I agree With you both! I cried a little when I got on the company website and found out it was nothing more than a supplier for NDPs. Nothing beats Time, Temp. Variation, Good Wood, and a Good Mashbill. That makes all the difference. Let's not forget that special OGD Yeast either! Ain't nothing like it!
