I like to make them in the spring and have them marinate until winter. Makes for a nice fireside beverage on a cold night when bourbon doesn't sound right. (Ok, translation: it's for the wife, but I do enjoy it every once in awhile as well, in between bourbon pours.)Easy to make, too: sugar, coffee, water, vanilla, vodka.
