gooneygoogoo Posted April 18, 2014 Share Posted April 18, 2014 Cool! I almost exclusively drink my bourbon neat but I did get bored one day and went on a mission to make perfectly clear ice. I was able to make a huge block about 2/3 of which was crystal clear. I then chiseled out some cubes and sometimes use them in cocktails. It is pretty cool to see the visual effect of the melting ice in the liquid which you usually don't see with refrigerator ice. I noticed the same effect at the end of that video.
