Duty free bourbon

Going to be traveling to Jamaica next weekend. Anything special I should look for that is only available from international markets. Open to all suggestions.

Well, Blanton's has several variations only available in the international market. I picked up a couple, including a barrel proof, in St. Croix earlier this year.

Never travelled internationally to encounter a duty free but I've watched some youtube vids of a few showing their wares and holy cow they were huge. I'm sure its all a matter of where, but please let us know what gems you end up purchasing after shopping.

I've been consistently disappointed with the bourbon available at Duty Free locations - but maybe that's just my luck.

I actually just got back from a trip to Jamaica. Sorry to tell you, but there was nothing special at the Montego Bay airport.

Ditto here. I did pick up a bottle of Jim Beam mixed with port in the Singapore airport -- nasty stuff that they make for the Southeast Asia market. Otherwise, I guess it's just a matter of luck.

It would be cool to have a running list of good duty frees and what's available in them. [Hint, hint]

I expect that would be tricky with what seems like a lot of turnover in duty free shops.
