EagleRiver
Thanks for the heads up, Gary! I'm sure I'll end up getting at least a bottle. In fact, I should probably just route my paychecks to Brad for a month or two this summer. He's gonna bleed me dry with great bourbon!
tylermke
Sounds like a good plan, now we just need to figure out how to get the 401K involved, lol. If some of your homebrew is part of the deal, the 401k is on the table. I just don't want Paul helping with the transaction.

mbroo5880i
Great eye, Joe! It took me a little while to find the ACME box. Wile E. would probably be happier if he stopped purchasing bombs and contraptions and just picked up a few bottles of Four Roses instead. Who needs to catch the Road Runner when you can sit under a cool cactus with a pour of barrel strength bourbon? I really enjoyed being on the tasting panel, can't wait to finally get these bottles home.No problem Dan, can't wait to hear back on your final thoughts on how it tastes now, they both seem a bit bigger and spicier than they did in person to me, but I expect that to drop off a bit after they have been open. Restaurant man
Ok. A friendly sb'er sent me samples of the OBSV & Obsq and I must say these are great picks. I've been a part of dozens of FR picks and these are really great. OBSV is my favorite recipe and while Q is far from my fav I've had some great ones lately. Wish I had more than 2oz. Cheers to the tasting crew and 4 roses!!
kwshannon
Wife and I drove over to Clinton and Fulton this holiday weekend, stopped in and picked up a OBSQ barrel strength, popped it open last night and enjoyed it. Great pick. Edited September 1, 2014 by kwshannon spelling
