Have some time this morning before work so going to hit 2 binnys that I never been to one In Glencoe

Near Winnetka and the other in Highland Park and the. Will finish it off with a trip to the liquor barn

In Buffalo groove, I'm mainly looking for oddball or rare stuff you don't usually see

Like elmers, weller 12, stuff like that..so I will post my findings and hope the market

for these two binnys has not been picked dry yet lol

First was a binnys express, pretty much what you expect when you hear express, the bourbon

Section was about 7 feet long and 4 shelves high and nothing much to speak of, second binnys

In Highland Park nothing there has well..so I made my Final track to the liquor barn In Buffalo Grove

And again nothing out of the ordinary but I did not want to come home empty so I picked up these

By the way they had a pappy 12 year no price tag and a pap van winkle for $100..anyways

Here's what comes home with me

Wathens single barrel 47%

Noahs mill 15 year 57.15%

Wild turkey Kentucky spirit 50.5%

Angels envy 43.3%

Four roses small batch 45%

I had a hard time deciding between the 4G small batch or single barrel..so next time I will go

For the single barrel..and no luck finding any elmer..oh well happy hunting folks

Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, hopefully you still enjoyed your hunt.
