Dannabis
Value Bourbons I've enjoyed : OGD 114, for under $30 and possibly around or under $20 you get a basicly barrel proof bourbon that is rich and thick and flavorful and so far beats every other JB product I've had.Heaven Hill also produces a wild array of tasty and very very cheap bourbons and I'd say grab any of them and try em.I would also posit Bottled in Bonds as great values. They seem to be non existent here in Colorado so far, despite the endless liquor huts.
JPBoston
Nothing that everyone else hasn't already stated, but to throw my two cents in:* OGD 114* Fighting Cock 103* OWA* EWB/EW:BIB
bllygthrd
I consider the VOB line the best valued bourbons. Age, proof and BIB at a very low price.Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk
petrel800
Buffalo Trace Antique Collection and Pappy Van Winkle. Both are such a bargain they can be sold for 3-4 times what you paid if you find one at MSRP. Ha!
Kakapookakiki
AAA10 Star is readily found for $13 a liter here. Not the level of 10 Year that you need lucky charms in KY for, but still fantastic and unbeatable for the price as far as my tastes. In the under $20 (I'd agree on that designation for "bargain" bourbon), I love OGD100, EWBiB, Weller SR and 107, and 4R as many have said, but c'mon...$13 for a whole liter? Sometimes I consider bunkering a couple of cases in preparation of a zombie apocalypse. So cheap you can't afford not to buy it!And for over $20 but still "bargain" stuff...Baby Saz for $27 and BT for $25 are things I enjoy as much as many $40-50 offerings, so I'll put them on my list too. Flyfish
EWBiB. If you like the HH house style you can't beat it (in broadly available stuff anyway), right around $20 for family size.Yep. What he said. AAA 10YO used to be the champ (not the 10*) but RIP AAA. #2 used to be VOB BIB 6YO but it's now NAS. It is hard to beat any of the HH BIBs for the price. My favorite is the EW White. humchan2k
I can get Bulleitt bourbon here in LA for $20 or $21 at Trader Joe's, so that's my go-to cheapie...but I also can get BT for $20 at K&L....so I do that too, though I have noticed that BT isn't as good recently as it was even 3-4 years ago.I also agree that OGD BiB for under $20 is tough to beat! bin31z
Evan Williams Single Barrel. Buffalo Trace. Four Roses private selection. Goes for around 50 bucks a bottle around here but its usually 55+ ABV so you could almost say its like 1.5 bottles.
BillP
Not a "bargain" but a great bourbon at a great price: ERSB for $46 for 1.75L. The problem is that the bottle is too tall to fit in my cabinet!
