Richnimrod
Most year's editions of Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. Just my own preference. Many will disagree.Several 'second choices' depending upon my mood....Many 4-R SB (several different recipes) Barrel proof selectionsHenry McKenna 10-year, SB BIBEzra B SB (I know, a NDP; but reliably well chosen... at least from a couple years ago on back)Rock Hill FarmsSeveral selected barrels by GBS, including EC12, & ETLee
unclebunk
Any 4R barrel strength single recipe. So many awesome bourbons that could make the list but it's hard to argue with the Big O's recommendation. Awesome stuff!
Creggor
Wow. Ok Best Bourbon under $70.. That is a really leaving a lot of room for what others may like.. Day in day out I feel EWSB at $25.00 is one of the best bangs for the buck you can find out there today.. I also like the Four Roses Single Barrel OBSV their regular recipe for SB at $39.99.. You then have some good wheate'rs with the Welle'rs available if your like Wheat.. My list could be expanded.. Old Grand Dad 114 proof is a wonderful bourbon for the price.. If you like high proof Booker's is an eye opener straight up neat. KNSB at least the two times I have tried it seems to be a very good buy.. Then you have Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel.. Man alive under $70.. Hard to really pick just one.. Cheer's Creggor

dcbt
Under 70 almost opens it up to your favorite bourbon outside the LEs. To that extent I'd probably say EC12, which could also fall under my best bourbons under 30, so put me down for 2 EC12s.

GaryT
Gotta go with barrel proof FRSB. I think I paid $70 for my first WLW or GTS, but never anticipate seeing it for that again. THH might be my favorite pour for under $70 (but not a bourbon).
tanstaafl2
Most of the batches of ECBP have been mighty fine and typically under $70 at most stores. But hard to beat the barrel proof FRSB's for quality and variety.

JDSmith619
I agree I've been enjoying the ECBP and have been getting them right at $50.Blantons and ETL are quickly becoming 2 of my favorite pours and EHT BP is a great buy under $70 Edited August 1, 2014 by JDSmith619
