Best store for bourbon in Austin?

I'm in Austin for a couple of days; I've got the kids in tow, so my time to explore is short. Anyone have any suggestions for a good place to shop, bourbon-wise? Thanks.

South Lamar Wine & Spirits. They've got stuff I haven't seen at Specs or Twin in months including Blantons, Weller 12, and FRSB.

I recently bought a bottle of FRSB at Twin's Dollar sale. They had plenty of Weller 12. I asked about Blanton's and was told to check back closer to the holidays. Twin is currently running a 15% off discount if you buy two or more bottles of whiskey (any kind)

Thanks, guys. I went to Twin downtown and Spec's. Both were pretty picked over -- no Weller 12, or anything comparable, though Spec's had several bottles of Jeff Collaboration. I ended up getting some local stuff -- Herman Marshall's bourbon and rye, and a bottle of Firestone Robertson.

Also interesting: There was no Balcones to be found, anywhere. I don't know if that was coincidence, or the result of a run on their juice given their recent legal problems.

I think you'll enjoy the Herman Marshall Bourbon. It's a bit sweet, but the quality and price point is much more similar to what you'd expect nationwide than some other Texas Bourbons. The rye is still a little young, but good for its age. The Firestone and Robertson is only blended and bottled here in Texas by the owners. It's good, but I wouldn't call it local.

As for Balcones, you can't find it anywhere before or after the legal troubles. Though I think once the bottles start hitting the market that were not produced by Chip Tate, there will be a noticeable drop in the quality, which may change things a bit.
