Put some BT bourbon creme in my coffee this morning. Not exactly Barton, but it does the trick.

I did the same in the second cup. The first was infused with OGD114

WTRB 112. Havent had it in a while, and find it a nice sipper. plus, you can anytime just walk in and buy one....no lines, lotteries, fleecers, or general BS

Had a pour of 23-year Willett bourbon last night. Can't remember the barrel number. Tasted great from what I remember. Hope my company appreciates me taking one for the team by trying it out.

We are fortunate to have many great pours sitting on the shelves year round

Enjoyed a nice pour of EC12 last night whilst enjoying the Patriots in prime time so glad the bye week has passed.

+ this

We are also fortunate that most if not all of these are priced low too!

Had a nice pour of PHC 8 on ice last evening to end the weekend. This is still a hefty whiskey, but it is opening up nicely with some airtime.

I agree 100%. I'm not sure about new batches but WTRB03 is soooo good and cheap. I pour some last night along with the HHSS, W12/OWA, MMCS, Lot B, FR SiB 2013 and to be honest, I found the WTRB to be the most balanced. Others may be spicier or fruitier or oakier but WTRB just had this rich burnt sugar, tobacco leaf, wood closet profile to it that was so good.

On the news that I won a bottle of Lot B from a local store I decided to have a pour from my current bottle and start the day.

Had a great evening last night with a flight of OCPR, Weller Centennial and ER 10/101. All killer, to be sure!

Best friend is just getting into bourbon. Several weeks ago we got together and he was super excited to bring Belle Meade to the get together. You would have thought he had found the next Pappy as excited as he was. At the end of the night he wanted me to take it home as he really enjoyed it and felt he had found something special. Of course I took it even though I was somewhat underwhelmed by it.

Tonight I'm raising my glass of Belle Meade to my buddy in gratitude of his generosity (likely to be followed by a hefty Old Scout 10). Cheers y'all!

4R OESQ which stands up very nicely to the limiteds I've been enjoying the past few days.

had a nice gravy day at work today, then came home and enjoyed my absolute favorite whiskey, Dickel 9 year.

Now if we could just get the snow to hit on the first day of one of my 3 or 4 day weekends, Id be set..... Id love to take Mrs Fox, the dogs, some buddies, and a flask of a nice bourbon out for some childish sledding!

That eagle rare 101 was one of my all time favorites when I tried it. Haven't tried the weller centennial yet. How was it?
