TTB label for a "rye" white whiskey:

Looks like they've got an approval for a "wheat" white whiskey as well. Not something that I'm all that interested in trying, but thought it noteworthy.

Having slowly dragged myself (part way at least) from the "I've got to try everything" phase I think this one will be on my "no thanks" list!

That's what makes the gazebo so valuable to me. Typically there are many examples of bottled regret to try mixed in with other options.

I'm with you. I'm a fan of Willett and am looking forward to the maturation of their own distillate but this I have no problem passing on.

Based on my newfound fondness for Bernheim, I'd be interested in that wheat whiskey. In about 5-7 years, when it's actually ready to drink. But I'm happy that there is an outlet for enthusiastic early adopters to defray some costs for Willet.

Just not a fan of white dog, so this will be a pass for me as well. I did enjoy their 2 yr rye, although at the price point I didn't replace the bottle when emptied. That said - I'm with Scott in hoping to see a bottle on a community table at some point ;)

Interesting label, has a familiar 'Tennessee" sort of look. At least they kept the proof up, which is a plus, but I'll also wait for the grown up version.
