I got one of these from my grandfather's liquor cabinet (he gave it to me, I didn't steal it, I swear). Its from 1982 and has been opened. It is about 3/4s full. Safe to drink?

I was gifted one of these a few years ago. The tax stamp was all but gone, so it was hard to tell if it had been opened or not. I really don't think it had been opened because the fill level was okay. Mine was pretty darned good. :yum: I'd say give it a try. I'd suggest you decant it into another bottle first though. Just in case.
