Four Roses private selection in Jax area?

Is there a retailer in the Jacksonville, FL area that carries Four Roses Private Selection single barrels? I'm from Indy. Have a friend there that's fond of the standard release single barrel, thought I'd guide him toward a private selection. Thanks.

Per ABC wine and spirits website, there are a bunch of ABC stores in Jacksonville, FL. The website also shows the FR single barrel private selection (although it doesn't state the recipe). Total Wine is another store to check as well.

I've found that typically, only the big box stores and boutique shops participate in the private barrel selection program.

Hi. You may want to check withsome of the ABC Wine &Spirit stores.. O know ABC has ordered some of the FR Barrel Strength and Single Barrels Bottled for them.. I live is Port Charlotte, FL and last month December 2014 bought 3 Barrel Strength ABC selections.. They aslo had a couple ABC Single Barrel selections at standard 100 Proof.. Hope this helps. Two of mine were OBSQ and one was OESF I tried one of the OBSQ and it was Excellent.. We did a Blind tasting one night against the standard OBSV Single Barrel the OBSQ blew it away.. Not hard to tell the difference.. Cheers Cereggor

Im in the Jax area, and Ive only seen OBSV at 100 proof available at my ABC. Others around may have a different selection, but top my knowledge, no other store is currently carrying.

John, I'm surprised all you have seen is the 100 proof OBSV. There are at least six different private selects available in Daytona which includes an OBSV at or near barrel proof. Given that the Jax area is some much bigger than Daytona I figured you would have a better selection.

I just picked up an OESF and an OBSK in Palm Coast. There were at least 3 other BP selections urging me to come back soon.
