Can someone direct me to a past post or give me your opinions about air in your bourbon bottles? A friend told me that once a bourbon level gets below the label that the air in the bottle can have a negative effect on the taste if it sits to long. I know that when you pour in a glass that the bourbon reacts with the air and it opens up but the little amount of air that can be trapped in a bottle? C'mon. LOL, I think he is just trying to help me drink my stash. I tried to make a post about this last week but I can't seem to find it so if this turns out to be a double post I apologize. Anyways thanks in advance for you thoughts.
