I am heading to the Rivera Maya tomorrow for a wedding this weekend. I am just trying to see if there is anything anyone has seen that I should look out for.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Bourbon? Probably not. As Texans, we're there pretty often, and have certainly looked. Jack Daniels Silver Select has come back with me before, and isn't too bad. And you can find plenty of Havana Club variants (like tasty HC 7), though I believe bringing them back here might still be frowned upon in this country.

Good to know. Tequila it is then.

Don't overlook the JD Silver Select if in fact it is available! Very good whiskey that is only available in Duty Free. Personally, I think regular JD is decent enough, but the SS is a maaaaaaaajor step up.

Thanks for the tip. I will keep a lookout for that.

Look out for chickens on the bus, amazing street tacos with a gift that keeps on giving, dodging random obstacles on the road, and getting accosted by peddlers and dealers in public with your "look at me I'm a stupid tourist!" resort band.
